All-new whiskey-Corona mixes, Corona mojitos for after-work drinks during two-hour cocktail specials at the rooftop bar

One-of-a-kind new whiskey and Corona cocktails and unique Corona mojitos are what the House of H Thursday rooftop cocktail special is all about. They’re doing fresh things at the Corona bar, so all Corona-based cocktails are 2 for 1 from 4pm–6pm on Thursdays.

VIEWS FOR DAYS
The House of H rooftop and Corona Bar are one of the few rooftops in the city that give you Table Mountain and Signal Hill views so close you feel you can touch them, while still being in the CBD. The 112 Loop Street location just makes it one of the nicest places to get that ideal mix of city and mountain views. The rooftop bar is open Wednesday to Saturday from 4pm to 2am.

House of H is well known by Cape Town locals as a hidden gem with excellent food – made by owner and famed former Madame Zingara executive chef, H Koen. It’s no-fuss, easy good food and decor you’re going to want to experience firsthand: think marmite-jar seating and a cool post-apocalyptic hideout vibe. But most of all House of H attracts regular customer and big bookings – tables of 20 is very common here.

So bring your friends. House of H is more than prepared for loads of people – it’s one of the city’s popular First Thursdays spots and a sought-after function venue.

You can get a burger here, with chips and three helpings of your choice of salad – a big plate of food any day – for just R105. There’s a classic cheeseburger, chicken and “Karoo oyster” veggie option and you get here is a generous portion of chips with H’s famous chilli sauce – the one in the glass skull – and three helpings of salad of your choice. From roasted veg to quinoa, kale and fancy coleslaw, the salads are excellent. It’s easily one of the Cape Town burger meals that everyone has to try at least once.
