Get more vitality and greater quality of life at the Creating Healthy Habits Workshop in Zonnebloem on Saturday 23 June 2018. In this six-hour interactive workshop, you will explore your body’s full workings and how lifestyle factors impact it, plus many more interesting facts about your ‘temple’ that you never knew.

This workshop is a science-based nutrition and lifestyle workshop that will assist you to understand optimum health so you can make informed choices about food and lifestyle. After all, your health is your wealth.

The workshop will tap into how the body works, nutrient functions, how mindful eating can improve your hormonal and mental health, food groups to focus on and stress and toxic loads, as well as how to create healthy habits in your daily life.

Daniela Daines, a renowned nutritional therapist, will present the workshop. Daines consults on health and nutrition in South Africa, Switzerland and the UK. She understands the effects of intense modern living on the body and, with this workshop, aims to provide some simple and practical solutions.
