Tired of the same old exercise routine? Join The Harvest Friday Run Club. Whether you’re in the mood for a tranquil suburb run or a seaside jog, you can show up at either the Newlands or Muizenberg branch every Friday morning for a 5km loop. Bring your furry friends as well and enjoy a discounted cup of coffee afterwards.

It’s never too late to start a New Year's resolution. Starting at 7am or 6.30am, the gentle 5km loop ticks off your daily gym session before your busy working day even begins. You don't have to be a gym bunny to fit in with this group, all fitness levels are welcome. If that doesn’t sound convincing, enjoy a discounted cup of delicious coffee from Harvest Café & Deli. Plus, if you buy a Harvest eco-cup, you get a special discount on every coffee order.

Explore tranquil Newlands, running past historic houses shaded underneath Table Mountain. Or for a sea view, begin at Harvest in Muizenberg to St James and back.
