This winter, don your foodie cap, jacket and heels and head to the prestigious One&Only hotel at the V&A Waterfront to sample delicious cuisine prepared by chef Reuben Riffel and co. The Reuben Invites collaborative events take place once a month from May to September, and the next one is set to happen on Thursday, 28 May 2015 and feature special guest chef Michael Cooke (an appropriate surname indeed!).
The dinner series sees the renowned Reuben host an impressive line-up of local culinary stars, collaborating with them to dream up delectable four-course menus designed to wow hungry diners. Not only do guests have the opportunity to tuck into the chefs’ creations, but they also have the chance to chat to and mingle with them during the event. Yup, that means you can hear anecdotes from the kitchen and get top tips and secret recipes as you dine and wine in the luxurious setting of Reuben's, Riffel’s signature restaurant at the One&Only Cape Town.
