This café in Green Point serves a bottomless breakfast brunch every Saturday that’s great for Friday hangover blues. Bring your crew and lounge with a shisha pipe or come alone to catch up on some work, while enjoying a hearty breakfast.

EAT YOUR WAY THROUGH THE BUFFET
The bottomless buffet has a broad range for your crew to choose from (and it’s a great deal, too). If you’re a savoury breakfast person, dig into the meats, cheeses and freshly made omelettes and salads, or opt for the sweeter side with pastries and warm waffles (served with cream or ice cream). Breakfast is from 9am to 12pm every Saturday.

CATCH UP ON SOME WORK
The café is straight across from the Cape Town Stadium (just a 2 minute walk). It has two balconies that are great for sunny days, and inside it’s super cosy with plenty of space. There’s unlimited, free Wi-Fi too.

STAY FOR A SHISHA JOL
Keep the good vibes rolling after breakfast, and head to the shisha lounge on the top floor. There’s a bar and balcony with hookah pipes for rent and tobacco flavours comes in watermelon, mint cream, cherry and more.
And did we mention the big screens for watching sports?
Big sporting events are screened live on both levels of the cafe, and you can watch the highlights during the day.

Sunday buffet is available: Sundays, 9am - 2pm
Café Extrablatt is open: Sunday to Thursday, 9am - 1am; Fridays - Saturdays, 9am - 2am
