An Art Weekend Away at Angala Boutique Hotel & Guest House
Let your creative juices flow with an arty stay in the gorgeous Franschhoek Valley
If you’re an aspiring or experienced artist seeking some solace and creative inspiration, then leave the stresses of the city behind, pack your paintbrushes and head for the verdant valley of Franschhoek. Angala Boutique Hotel & Guest House is hosting knowledgeable artist and teacher Leonie Brown, who will be offering landscape/ seascape/ portrait classes at the five-star establishment from Wednesday, 20 until Sunday, 24 May 2015 and then again in August.
Sometimes, all you need to kick-start your creativity is a caring teacher and scenic, new surrounds. So, immerse yourself in the serenity of the Winelands, breathe in the fresh air, get into the right head space and prepare to be inspired. Your accommodation, meals and art materials are included in the package (there are three different options), so all you need to bring along is an apron, paintbrush holder and a smile.
Unleash your inner artist through the medium of acrylics, become part of a warm and like-minded artistic community, explore the pristine town of Franschhoek and return home with a happy heart and a lovely new painting or two to hang on your wall or to give as a gift.
