The creative brains behind the Toffie Pop Culture Festival, the President Design Studio has something new on the menu! This September, the Toffie Food Festival promises to entice Cape Town food lovers.
Included in the ticket for the Food Fest is dinner on the Friday night, breakfast and lunch on the Saturday and an Argentinean asado (braai) on the Sunday.
Talks by a host of local and international food experts will provide brain food and exciting information on the world of nibbles. Speakers will include the world's most famous food blogger Julie Powell, food stylist, cookbook author and publisher Eloise Alemany, local blogger behind Sardines on Toast and chef at Oep ve Koop in Paternoster, Kobus van der Merwe and food critic and author Anna Trapido.
A tasting room filled with food inspired by speaker Anna Trapido’s book - Hunger for Freedom - the Story of Food in the Life of Nelson Mandela - promises to captivate your senses, while a spice room dedicated to spices from around the globe is set to be a highlight.
Please note that all prices are VAT exclusive, for the full program and other highlights of the festival visit www.toffiepop.blogspot.com
