Der traditionelle südafrikanische Sago Pudding ist warm und lecker. Probier dieses Rezept aus!
Dieser warme Winterpudding ist definitiv ein Favorit, auch wenn es Sommerzeit in Kapstadt ist.
Zutaten:
Sago Pudding
1 Tasse Sago
1 Liter Milch
1 Prise Salz
2 Teelöffel Zucker
2 Eier
1 Teelöffel Vanillepulver
Butter
Zimt | Muskat
Zubereitung:
Sago kochen, mit Milch, Salz und Zucker. Eier dazugeben, Vanillepulver und wenn nötig, noch mehr Milch. In eine eingefettete Kasserole geben, mit Butter bestreichen, und Zimt/Muskat drüber streuen. Bei 180 Grad für 20 - 25 Minuten backen.
Warm servieren mit Sahne, Vanillesauce oder Eiscreme.
